Windows Server 2016，在卸载其他组件的时候，不小心卸载了.NET Framwork4.6后服务器管理器等功能都不能用的解决方案，直接报错，显示错误为：
若要运行此应用程序，您必须首先安装.NET Framework的以下版本之一：
v4.0.30319
有关如何获取.NET Framework的适当版本的说明，请与应用程序发行者联系。
这种情况，几乎服务器上的大部分功能都无法使用了，包括PowerShell。
解决办法：
1、开始，搜索cmd，尝试打开cmd窗口。
2.尝试一下通过cmd命令DISM启用.NET 4.6：
3、首先运行如下命令查看当前的功能安装情况
Dism /online /Get-Features
4、然后运行下面的命令安装功能，分别执行：
Dism /online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx4 /All
Dism /online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx4ServerFeatures /All
每个步骤等待一会儿，就可以完成修复了。
